Music Therapy
Clinical Psychotherapeutic Interventions
Individualised, psychodynamically informed music therapy interventions that are aimed to promote resilience, wellbeing and recovery. Through the use of music as a medium, we are able to address a wide range of emotional, social and physical difficulties with a creative alternative to direct conversation.
RGM (Ronnie Gardiner Method)
Neurologically Informed Movement Therapy
A multi-sensory exercise method for the brain that combines rhythm, movement and speech to improve concentration, coordination, balance, memory, processing and cognition. RGM can be used in the treatment and symptom-management for those struggling with neurological disorders such as MS, stroke, post-concussion syndrome, traumatic brain injury or Parkinson’s disease, early stages of dementia, people with learning difficulties or ADS, and older people and healthy ageing.
The RGM can be offered to individuals and groups, depending on the needs of the participants. New groups will be announced on our website and social media.

Art Psychotherapy
